Gweru Residents and Ratepayers Association (GRRA) is a community based organization, whose mandate is to create and advocate for community engagement, citizen meaningful participation in developmental issues. GRRA operates in the 19 wards of Gweru

Residents that meaningfully participate in developing public institutions that deliver responsive services.

To co-design and co-deliver with Gweru City Council and its state as well as non-state stakeholders.
